The new build of sixteen private apartments, planning successfully gained by Julia Mackay Properties the development has been taken on by Dyer Mackay Developments.
The build is complex with four flats in the basement and 3 floors above with each floor having four flats, the build programme is anticipated to take 18 months. Launching to the market in August 2020.
